I've been hella irritated lately - it's a symptom of depression I think. For me, anyway. Breathing helps. I would find the noise of the city even more frazzling - thank goodness for the relative quiet of nature where I am. Glad you have a technique to help you calm down. It's a good one, and it's always there.

Yeah, I can understand that. I'm taking more deep breaths these days to get through the day than I ever did. I guess I'm realizing more and more its importance, so I don't lose my mind. It's lovely to see you up and about, friend. Are you holding up okay?
