I am afraid setting boundaries doesn't come easy for me, but I absolutely agree and have realized that I can't help anyone if I don't do that. If people make the same mistakes over and over, then it's time to pull back.
It's extremely difficult though not to take on their anxieties when you're the kind of person who likes to help, but vital for one's own sanity.
