The importance of practicing mindfulness can't be quantified and I can't relate to how helpful it can be to focus on one thing at a time.

It helps me stay in control of everything that has to do with me.

Exactly, partner 😀 The world seems to go at full speed and wants to take us at that pace many times. That's why, in my case, practicing breathing is very necessary. It's great that you practice mindfulness too. Thanks for commenting 🤗
