Oh my Lord! How well informed is this? You just spoke a lot of wisdom here and I found myself learning. The major reason I cannot work a 9-5 here ( apart from the high unemployment rate) is the fact that employers tend to use their employees like toys. They have no understanding that rest is important. I find myself burning out when I am not well rested and...working out our schedule is really important. I really have to sort myself out in that aspect to give more time to my family!
