One of the common problem people face in their daily life is stress. There are so many kinds of stress people experience in their lives, such as financial stress, relationships stress, health stress and also work stress.
There has been a huge increase of stress in our today, and it is affects both our psychological and physical being when it is not managed properly.
I also experience stress in my day to day activities especially in my work place and other areas of my life. I knew the negative effect of stress in my life so I had to develop ways to manage and reduce it.
You have to first notice the signs and symptoms first before you can manage stress. Feelings of tiredness, anxiety and weakness are different ways stress can manifest itself. You can also experience physical effects like headache, inability to sleep and other effect on your body.
Meditation and Relaxation.

I know we have all heard about this but only few implement this. This relaxation technique is very important, it helps you to relax your muscles and it calms the mind which is one of the most important part of our body.
Meditation and relaxation had help me in reducing my stress level, and it can help you also if you are willing to try it during your stressful situations.

One of the ways I manage stress in my personal life is always doing what makes me happy. Most of us are doing a work we do not enjoy, and this is one thing that increases our stress level.
No matter how life or work can be tight, you just have to make out time for what you love doing. We all have passions and hobbies that we enjoy doing, it might be music, dancing and sports whatever, for some it is just spending time with their loved ones, so always make out time for this things that makes you happy.
My passion and hobbies is dancing, playing football and engaging in some few social activities and it really helped me in reducing stress.
I just mentioned the two major ways that has helped me to manage stress in my personal life. There are other general methods that is also recommended to manage stress such as exercises, eating a healthy diet, seeing a therapist and seeking proffesional help if it get worst. Whatever method that suits you always engage in it, take proactive steps.
