I grew up in South Florida where the breakbeat and drum & bass scene were pretty big at one point. Baby Anne and Icey were two of my favorites; tried to catch them at a show whenever I could.
If you've ever heard of Ultra, I used to go when there wasn't even security. It was just a party by the beach.

I enjoyed a few Aquasky mixes from the mid 2000s that had some pounding breakbeat tunes but I don't know breakbeat artists. I've not heard of Ultra but a party by the beach sounds like a great way to spend the day/night! Hope we get to do those again very soon!

It has that old school feeling for sure. I really enjoy that mould of breakbeat drum and bass with trance and the little flourishes throughout that you add in to keep it from feeling too repetitive (which is usually the case with many tracks out there).
