Three tunes Tuesday- NICO AND VINZ

Hi hivers, this is my first time doing this challenge by @ablaze known as the #Threetunestuesday or #ttt. I have seen so many writers on like @coquicoin @olawalium and @princessbusayo doing this challenge over the weeks. So I thought I should try it out today let’s see how I do.

For today I am going to be picking musics from one of my favorite duo of all time called the NICO and VINZ. A Norwegian-African artist that have been “killing” it for me over the years. Their biggest album black star elephant was my favorite album for years because I enjoyed playing all the songs in the album. I would love to mention that I would have loved to talk about all the songs on the album but because of this challenge I am only going to be choosing 3.

This is probably one of my best Nico and vinz song because it centers about the struggle of everyday life. Staying inspired and become the warrior you want to be in order to fight the good fight to the end. Life can be very hard sometimes and we need to channel that inner warrior within us if we want to survive and this song gives me that vibez

This song is very nice. The melody and the story behind the song talks about a man who had lost his wife and daughter and is building a time machine to go back in time to see them again and make sure he doesn’t make the same mistake. I love this song.

This is the song that made me find Nico and vinz. I remember hearing this song for the first time. I was so excited with this new sound which was a mixture of pop and native African sound I fell so in love with the kind of music they made and hence I listened to the full album. You should listen to the full album titled “Black star elephant”. Thank me later.
