I've had less time lately to post. I went back to work after being laid off for two weeks and we went away for the weekend so I've been less active and will likely be less active for the little while yet.
I guess we all are going to have to put up with your cooking 😁, no complain, don't forget my "oeuf en gelée"!
Oh I forgot to tell you about that. I tried making it and it was a disaster. It did not work at all for me. The gelatin didn't set properly and the color of the broth was brown so you couldn't see anything inside the gelee. I may try to make it again, but it probably won't be too soon. Lol 😆

I thought about it but decided not to. It was very challenging. I thought it would be easy, which was silly in hindsight lol
