Randy Edelman's song "Weekend in New England" was initially released in 1975 on his album Farewell Fairbanks. Barry Manilow recorded it for his album This One's for You the following year, and it was released as a single in 1976, hitting number one on the US Adult Contemporary chart and number ten on the Billboard Hot 100 in early 1977. It is a very beautiful song and I hope that this arrangement captured most of its beauty.
