SUB-TOPIC 1
Gal. 5:7-9 Gal. 2:2,20 Pet. 2:14-16
Paul was saying that he cast of every weight or anything that was him or slows him down so that he can win the race. We cannot set another race or a different standard. It must be according to the word of god. The running of the race means we are leaving, kneeling and action out by the will of God not the lusts of men.

SUB-TOPIC 2
James 1:12 Rev. 2:10-11
Paul the apostle was a man who did as he said, he did what he told the people to do himself. He lived by example. If we are going to run this race, the people around us may not understand and comprehend the kind of race we are running. The lord wants us to live and comport our lives without murmuring and unbelief.
Col. 3:23-25 Rev. 22:12-15.

SUB-TOPIC 3
1Cor. 9:27 Matt.13:47-50
It is our responsibility to keep ourselves under user our body. Every member of our body must be kept under control. Father's have to be sincere with their sons, pastor have to be sincere with their members just as David was sincere to his son, Solomon.
