I went in to work early tonight so i could get my walk in today. Might not be fancy but 8 laps around my work building is a mile and it's easy to keep track of.
If I can manage to quit smoking this time around I might be able to start running again without loosing a lung 😂. My friend says first month is the hardest, guess we will see.
