It rains all day. The sky darkens and lightning and thunder strike. I can't go for a walk today. I listen to classical music in my room. A piano solo song flows over the desk. Sunlight shines through the clouds The rain has stopped. I wear sneakers. I go to the park. The road is wet. Humid air flows with the wind. Birds fly through the branches. Pigeons roam the grass in search of food. All these landscapes pass me by. I look at the landscapes without thinking. I focus on my steps and empty my mind. I am grateful to be able to walk freely.
