My Actifit Report Card: July 5 2021

There is a saying that it can be solved by walking. If you keep walking ten thousand steps, everything will be fine.

무궁화. 자세히 보니 참 예쁜 꽃이구나!
걸으면 해결된다는 말이 있다. 꾸준히 만 걸음 정도씩 걸으면 모든 것이 괜찮아질 것이다.

Hibiscus hamabo Siebold & Zucc. I saw this for the first time.

황근, 노란무궁화. 이번에 처음 보았다.

Liatris spicata, the dense blazing star or prairie gay feather. I saw this for the first time today. I may have seen it before, but I may have overlooked it. You won't know unless you look carefully.
When you walk outside, you feel like you've accomplished something. On days when I am at home without walking, my mind stays in one place and does not move forward.

리아트리스. 이것도 오늘 처음 보았다. 예전에 보았을지도 모르지만 무시하고 지나쳤을 수도 있다. 주의해서 보지 않으면 알지 못한다.
밖에서 걷고나면 무언가 해냈다는 느낌이든다. 걷지 않고 집에만 있는 날에는 정신도 한곳에 머물러 나아가지 않는다.
