My Actifit Report Card: January 11 2025

I'm just a month away from the USATF 100 mile championship ultra up in Nevada and I'm hoping that I'll be able to break 24 hours and finish well in the 100 - till then my training is improving and today I knocked off a strong 10 mile run.

I changed things a bit by adding some exogenous ketone to my morning meal and then had a good hour long hot sauna blanket session before heading out on my run.
Pretty much right away my running intensity was better and my pace and legs were much stronger. 4 miles looping around on the nearby roads and field before heading up the hills for a hard loop through the Sierry Peaks neighborhood under clear blue skies.

I'm glad that the weather has been mellow so far this winter with no snow yet and hopefully any will be light here in Prescott as we'll be leaving at the end of March. For now I will concentrate on my health and see how things go.
