Happy weekend Actifit Family! It is the day of the week to get the legs to do some talking on the field of play . Yeah right! Saturday mornings is for playing football with the guys . I look forward to this moment all week trust me .

Playing football is how I get my body fit and active. Although I do push-ups, sit-ups and lifting of dumbbells regularly, I don't hesitate to play football when I get the opportunity to do so .

We usually play a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval. Teams are usually selected at random using a ballot system. This happens to be fair and square as everyone gets a team to play for. The energy and teamwork during these matches are incredible, and it’s a great way to bond with friends while staying healthy.

After the game, we often share a few laughs, hydrate, and talk about the game highlights. It’s not just about fitness; it’s about community, fun, and making memories.

I truly cherish these Saturday mornings, they recharge me for the week ahead and remind me of the importance of staying active and connected. So here’s to more games, more fun, and more active weekends!
