Hey Actifit frens! Had a very long and epic day today working and walking around the office and taking my dog for a walk at lunch. I also got in somewhere around 50 push-ups and somewhere around 50 deadweight squats. So all in all a pretty good day and hopefully you enjoy the daily meme.
