Hi friends. Today I post a few pictures from Sunday along with my Actifit Report Card and Leaderboard positions, and my updated Hive goals for the week.
My daughter had a bit of a stuffy nose today, so we didn't go to Taekwondo in the afternoon as usual. We did spend some time outdoors, though, walking around this lake. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon.
We also continued our habit of me walking and pulling her on the skateboard in the evening. It's awesome, as she's really starting to support and encourage my 10k steps/day goal.
By the end of the day hit 10,075 steps. Happily, I surpassed my minimum daily goal of 10,000 steps for the second day in a row.
In the recent Actifit Weekly Top 250 Leaderboard I gained 6 positions from #102 to #96. Feels great to be within the top 100. Now to work towards the top 50. I'll need to increase my step count to continue rising in rank.
In the recent Actifit Overall Top 500 Leaderboard I was happy to see a gain of 25 positions from #334 to #309, hopefully in next weeks update I will break in to the top 300.
Due to my current schedule, I think 10k steps per day is a reasonable goal. Today's activity also counts towards my participation in the MAcFiT Season 11 - Super League Weekend 1.
The Alive Chat topic for Sunday is to "Share Your Hive Goals - And Track Your Progress From Last Week." I've made a habit of updating my tracking sheets weekly at this time. This is an update on my progress:
- HIVE POWER: My target was to add 5HP. I increased by 11.17 surpassing my weekly target by almost double. I'm increasing my goal to adding 10HP per week while also saving enough to power up 50HP on the next HPUD.
- ALIVE POWER: I added 87.184AP this week, slightly less than the goal of adding 90AP I set for myself. I will aim for 90 again this week and also should hit my goal of 1,000AP by next week.
Finally, a few more goals this week are to continue post Actifit/Alive reports daily, take more time for creative writing, and post one longer article this week.
