Morning walk🚶🌸
With this corona situation we are not allowed to leave home unless for necessity. I had to get my groceries done for the week so I could walk for a while. Luckily, I have found out a magic spot that I instantly fell in love with. Almond trees are just amazing 🌸
Postworkout meal🥕🌱
After my training, i am always hungry. So I prepared a huge bowl mixing carrots🥕, mushrooms and edamames with spelt. I try to include vegetables in all my meals as well as a good source of vegan protein😍
