My Actifit Report Card: January 6 2025

Today was the first day of work for the year for me.

I’ve been on leave for the past 2 weeks and while I had a nice relaxing time, coming back to work was exactly like I thought it would be.

Things I asked to be done while I was away weren’t and things I didn’t ask to be done were.

It wasn’t my team that was the problem, it was the sort team. Specially it was their team leader who stuffed up by giving her team all the time off instead of rostered days off. It meant that mail that should have been delivered is now almost a month old. talk about unacceptable. We’re not NZPost here.

I’m going to write a new post tomorrow highlighting my experiment for this year. Last year I feel I was able to prove that moving more is a vital part of fat loss. But this year I’m going to explore a more mental path.

I’m back with Actifit and noticed a few nice interface changes that make the app a little nicer. Great work team.

Today I took Little Wookie with me and Woofie Wookie. I’m not a fan because he slows me down but I’m also finding the pace has an interesting side effect. Slowing me down requires me to use my muscles differently which in turn has the side effect of making me use more fat. I’ll explain this in another post. It’s interesting to think like this so I hope you enjoy that post when it comes.

Off to bed now. I start early so I can finish early each day
