Herself wasn’t at all excited to be staying in a castle for the weekend, you can tell just by looking at the dismay on her face in this picture 😂
It’s been a long and challenging year, so this little breakaway in Kilronan Castle Hotel was overdue. It was actually our 2nd attempt; a phone call of the ‘come home quick’ variety meant we had to leave shortly after arriving last time.
Thankfully there were no emergencies on this occasion, and we were able to enjoy walking in the grounds, and of course some delicious food!
