Finally getting back into a good gym rhythm. Just need to start diversifying routines a bit. Im close to some of my strength goals i set years ago. Wanted to bench 225 for 6 for a long time. I see it within reach. 6 because it was the smallest nfl combine lift when i initially checked lol. I'll make it one day...
