Por lo tanto, realicé una pequeña rutina de entrenamiento, con movimientos de la disciplina deportiva de la Calistenia, gracias a que cuento con una barra casera hecha de madera, puedo realizar movimientos estáticos que implican la fuerza del Front Lever de manera más avanzada e implican los músculos de las dorsales, lumbar, core, abdomen, Bíceps, tríceps, hombro y antebrazo. Sí, este tipo de movimientos estáticos implican muchos grupos musculares, por lo cual me gusta mucho y me he dedicado la mayor parte de mi tiempo siendo atleta de Calistenia, entrenando esta fuerza.
Los movimientos que realicé, son variantes avanzadas del Front Lever, es decir, el Front Lever es un movimiento base del cual fui dominando y avanzando para lograr estas variantes más avanzadas. Los ejercicios que realicé son:
Victorian Lever con agarre paralelo, Press de Victorian Lever con agarre paralelo, Touch Wide con agarre Supino, Tuck Touch Wide con agarre Supino, Touch, Press de Touch, Victorian Lever en barra con agarre amplio y Front Lever.
Aplicando aguantes y repeticiones en pocas series para no generar mucha intensidad y realizar aproximaciones que me ayuden a mejorar mi adaptación a estos movimientos.

The movements I performed are advanced variations of the Front Lever, that is, the Front Lever is a basic movement that I mastered and advanced to achieve these more advanced variations. The exercises I performed are:
Victorian Lever with parallel grip, Victorian Lever Press with parallel grip, Touch Wide with Supine grip, Tuck Touch Wide with Supine grip, Touch, Touch Press, Victorian Lever on bar with wide grip and Front Lever.
Applying holds and repetitions in few series so as not to generate much intensity and to make approximations that help me improve my adaptation to these movements.
