El día de hoy tuve clases en la universidad desde horas de la mañana, lo cual indica que mi actividad caminando empezó desde que salí de mi casa. Gracias a mi reloj inteligente pude tener el seguimiento de estadísticas y pasos dados durante horas de la mañana y la tarde, además de la distancia y calorías.
Luego de mi jornada de clases, me dirigí hacia el parque nacional Metropolitano, un enorme parque deportivo donde hay una zona única para entrenar Calistenia con buenas barras. Allí me pude reunir con algunos compañeros de la Ciudad de San Cristóbal que hacen vida en esta disciplina deportiva y pude compartir con ellos algunas horas mientras realizábamos nuestras rutinas de entrenamiento.
Los entrenamientos de mis compañeros son algo diferentes a las mías, debido a que ellos se enfocan más en movimientos que aplican fuerza de empuje, mientras que yo enfoco más los movimientos de fuerza de Jale.
Luego de realizada mi rutina de entrenamiento, me dirigí hacia el edificio donde vive un familiar para realizar una visita, allí subí varios pesos por la escalera y de retorno si usé el ascensor, ya que luego realicé una caminata fuerte desde allí hasta el centro de la ciudad para dirigirme a mi hogar.
De este modo concluyó mi reporte de actividad física, el cual considero y puedo demostrar que fue muy saludable, con gran actividad física y disposición mental. Me siento muy agradado con mis resultados y beneficios que los recorridos caminando me dan.
Today I had classes at the university from the morning hours, which indicates that my walking activity started from the moment I left my house. Thanks to my smart watch I was able to track statistics and steps taken during the morning and afternoon hours, as well as distance and calories.
After my day of classes, I headed to the Metropolitan National Park, a huge sports park where there is a unique area to train Calisthenics with good bars. There I was able to meet with some colleagues from the City of San Cristóbal who make a living in this sport discipline and I was able to share with them a few hours while we were doing our training routines.
My teammates' workouts are a bit different than mine, as they focus more on movements that apply pushing force, while I focus more on pulling force movements.
After completing my workout routine, I headed to the building where a relative lives to visit, where I carried several weights up the stairs and on the way back I used the elevator, as I then took a brisk walk from there to the city center to go home.
This concludes my physical activity report, which I consider and can demonstrate was very healthy, with great physical activity and mental disposition. I feel very pleased with my results and the benefits that walking tours give me.
