Running
Last competition before the crosses is traditionally the competition in Porreres. For the children a quick test in the village streets with a bunch of fast kids and for the adults a 10k or half a marathon which are not really on a flat circuit. Ending with 15m uphill during the last km. I did quite well at 3'59"/km, which was the objective. My son ended 6th in a competitive race and my daughter 2nd. #AliveAndThriving #alive
