My Actifit Report Card: January 10 2022

Hello, my lovely friends. This morning I got up at 5:30 AM and went for a run in the village. The weather was quite cold this morning. I ran for several rounds. I exercised in the cold weather and sweated less than usual. I was worried about the time I could spend exercising because I had limited time because my daughter had to go to school today. Normally, I exercise from 5:30 AM to 6:40 AM in the morning. I will return to the garden house around 7:00 AM to prepare breakfast for my daughter.
I started to manage my exercise time. It started to fit in with my exercise time. The information is the same as usual. By running and walking, this is the way I am most comfortable. I set a goal that I will exercise every day and try to control my weight, eat less, drink more water. I think this method will help.
As I said, today the weather is quite cold and it is something that I can observe myself in nature when I go out for a run. Many days, the behavior of nature, the change in the environment around the arm that I exercised, today the sky is quite slow to brighten, the sky is still dark, no light at 6:00 am today. Every day that has passed at 6:00 am, I will beep while I exercise, but during that time in that area, it will be bright. But today is not like every day. Why do I like it? It's strange. Today, I set a goal as usual. At least I have to run through 10,000 to open the gift box to open the camera to reward myself. The more days pass, the stronger I get and my body doesn't feel tired. If there is anything, I want to find a way to exercise to reduce the size of my thighs because my thighs are quite big and have a lot of fat in this area. When I exercise to my goal, before going back home to the garden, I continue exercising until I reach the village shop to buy breakfast for everyone in the family. Today I bought Thai desserts, but they are different from yesterday. I can't tell you the names of some Thai desserts, but I can eat them. Hahaha, like sticky rice wrapped in banana leaves that looks like sticky rice wrapped in banana leaves. This type of Thai dessert is very delicious. And it's cheap too. I still feel sorry for the price of this Thai dessert, which is cheap. I feel sorry because Khao Tom Mat has many steps to make and each step is delicate. And this Thai dessert tastes very delicious. It has sticky rice, bananas, and sugar. Most importantly, it has coconut milk.
Many benefits in this kind of dessert When I finished choosing the dessert and finished paying, I was about to go back because my daughter was waiting at the garden house. My husband happened to meet an aunt who is a friend of my mother-in-law. We talked for a long time. So I waited for my husband to talk to the aunt for quite a long time. I spent quite a long time at the shop in the village. When we finished talking, we went our separate ways. On the way back to the temple, the monks gave alms to the monks. Today, I gave alms to the monks. It is something that makes me happy every day. I exercise and not only get healthy, but also make merit. I got 2-3 levels of luck. I say amen to giving alms. May all my friends be happy with this merit. Then I ran back to the garden house. I prepared food for my daughter today. It was Khao Mok Gai. She likes to eat it very much. Khao Man Gai, Khao Man Gai, Khao Na Tod Tod, my daughter's favorite menu. I bought it in a box. When I arrived, I arranged it on a plate and arranged it with flowers that I planted to make it look delicious. I think that seeing food beautifully decorated makes it more enjoyable to eat. I also decorated Thai desserts by placing banana leaves under them. Then I took the Thai desserts out of the box and arranged them to look delicious. I decorated them with orchids. And the fruit is pineapple today. It's on the breakfast menu. Eat it with hot coffee.
Served breakfast to my daughter and husband. Today, I stood drinking coffee in front of the counter because I made breakfast for my mother. Today, I made it with an electric stove. I had to stand guard. When it was done, I blended my mother's food until it was fine. Then, I waited until my mother's dinner was done and I took a bath for her and let her rest. The time was the same as usual, about 2 hours before she woke up. I did a little more exercise in front of the house with just a few simple exercises. The weather was getting hotter and I started to sweat. I still had time to do other tasks such as housework, gardening, and taking care of pets. But the most important thing today was to help my husband pull the net so that the chickens wouldn't disturb the house. I waited for my husband to come back from dropping our daughter off at school. In the meantime, I did housework. When my husband came back, I stopped eating everything at home. Then I helped my husband keep an eye on the chickens so that they wouldn't come into the house. We divided the territory. After dividing the territory between animals and people, I went into my mother's room to see if she was awake yet because it was almost noon. My mother was still asleep.
So I took the opportunity to write an article today, almost like an essay. I couldn't think of anything because the events were the same every day I went to exercise. Sometimes I fantasized that I wanted to go exercise in a park or other places. I fantasized all the time, but in reality, I could exercise anywhere, even at home. I was afraid that my friends would get bored. I had to do my duty, to be responsible, to do what I thought was right, and not to feel sorry later when those things affected my mind. Today, I could only do this much. It might be right today and might not be right tomorrow. Everything is impermanent. That's all for writing this article. See you next time.
