Hello, my lovely friends. Today is very good for my heart when I come back from exercising and sit down to write an article to list my feelings while exercising this morning. I feel very touched, happy, excited, and joyful. Today is considered a day that I feel that my life is very perfect. That is, I went out for a run and changed the time from 5:30 a.m. I got this idea from my husband. Yesterday, my husband went with me for a run. Today, he invited me to wake up early. Normally, I wake up. Since I started running, my body has started to change. I feel that I wake up earlier and go to bed earlier. I don't know if it is because my body feels tired and exhausted after exercising or because my body system has adjusted, but it has improved. I still feel tired, but it goes away after a while. The same goes for tiredness. I still feel tired, but when I stop, it goes away. Isn't that right, my friends? About what I said was exciting. Today, I went out for a run. Everything is different. Both the environment, me, and my mind. The environment is that no one in the village is awake at this time.
Because every house still has its doors and windows closed, but there are still bright lights. Brother woke up to greet me on the side of the road, that is the dog. Guarding each house, they barked to welcome me. When I ran past, I thought in my mind, is it appropriate for me to get up and exercise at this time, get up and run at this time? Because when the dog barks, they will bark many times and the sound is quite loud, but that's not my problem. But I'm just considerate of my neighbors. They are sleeping well. But in a moment, it's already light today. The same concrete road that I ran on, the street lights are still bright, giving me light. I ran from the front of my white house to the road behind the temple. Today, I ran many rounds and walked some. When I arrived at the point where the dog was still barking at me as usual. And reached the intersection down to the Trang River walkway. It was just right, so I decided to run along the Trang River canal, running on the footpath. The weather was nice and cool. While I was running, it was not light yet. Along the footpath, along the Trang River canal
There were no lights in that area, so it was quite dark. But I was lucky that I went to exercise with my husband, so I wasn't afraid of the dark. But if I ran alone, I definitely wouldn't dare to run. I would be distracted because that area is deserted, there are no houses, and there are no lights. But if it's bright, I dare to run, even though there are no houses. I ran in this area 2-3 times, then went back to run on the road again. When it was almost light, I asked my husband to run along the road across the village bridge. There was a shop selling breakfast coffee and fresh pastries. The shop was located by the canal. Along the way, I saw monks walking to collect alms. So I planned that when I ran back after going to the coffee shop, I would buy rice porridge and dessert to give to the monks. Just thinking about it made me happy. Then my husband and I ran until we reached the bridge. Then we took pictures and videos to record the memories to watch in the future. When we arrived at the coffee shop, I ordered rice porridge and fresh pastries to give to the monks.
And her husband arrived at the hospital. The daughter's hand and knee were scraped, but the injuries were not severe. The symptoms that the daughter told us about, as for the son-in-law, the injuries in the morning were quite deep. We had to get an injection of anesthesia. And the elbow and finger were scraped. The daughter said that the injuries were not severe. I didn't know what to do. I wanted to go and pick up the child and she insisted that she was not seriously injured, just call and tell me and my husband. She didn't want me to worry. Then she hung up the phone. I wanted to go and pick up my daughter and go home to recuperate here so that I could take care of her. I called her back again and she said that she was not seriously injured. It would be better to wait until she recovers and then she would come back. She insisted not to worry about her, that she was not seriously injured. I gradually felt relieved and at ease a little. But I also insisted to her that when driving, don't drive fast, and always be careful because there are many tourists on Koh Phangan and there are many pets.
I sat and calmed down for quite some time before I could write this post. I felt very uncomfortable with what happened to my daughter because I was worried. I let it sit and be quiet for a while until my mind became calmer. I got advice from my husband to lie down and meditate for 5 or 10 minutes and it would get better. I did it and it made my mind calm. I sat and watched my breath and didn't think about anything distracting. It was very good. Then I felt better and called my daughter again. She showed me the wound from the accident. It was like she said, it wasn't too bad. So I told her again to get plenty of rest, eat, and not to be on time. After hanging up, I sat down and wrote today's article about exercise and what I encountered. Today, I have to say goodbye for now. See you next time.
Thank you for following and supporting me.❤️🏃♀️✌️
