My Actifit Report Card: January 2 2025

Hello, my lovely friends. Today is a day of rest for many people who are still in the New Year festival. I wish all my friends happiness. Today I got up earlier than every other day. I finished preparing food and doing some housework. I started exercising.
Using this Actifit App to control my exercise.
I started exercising at 8:00 AM and I exercised by running and walking. I felt stronger because today I ran better than yesterday. I was less tired and I felt that I had more endurance with exercise. Luckily, the weather was good today. 8:00 AM is very suitable for exercising. Today I exercised on a concrete road in the village. The atmosphere was quiet as usual. While I was running today, there were 3 cheerleaders along the way, which were cows. They were big cows with strong, muscular bodies like bodybuilders. When I was running, they stared at me. I couldn't help but smile. I imagined that they would encourage me while I ran because they were afraid that I would be big. We are also athletes. They usually run in the morning and evening like I ran in the morning now. Now they are sunbathing. I ran in this area several times until I reached 10,000 I noticed that there was trash along the sidewalk along the way. It is a piece of plastic, a plastic bag. It is not pleasing to the eye, so I collect this garbage. Luckily, there is a large bag that is abandoned in that area, so I collect the garbage in a large bag and walk to collect it. In conclusion, I collect 1 large bag. Before reaching the entrance of the house, I take it to throw in front of the white house in the trash can and then walk back home. Next time, I will carry a bag in my bag. When I finish exercising, I will be able to collect garbage to bring back with me. Today, the road and the roadside are clean and free of garbage, pleasing to the eye and comfortable. Today, I must say goodbye for now. See you again next time.
