Had a service call today...
After a few breaker trips and the first switch box I find all lighting spliced through, so I test for resistance to ground. Find the outside wiring is at almost no resistance to ground.
Found this to be the culprit...
This improper mess.
So I remove the mystery Romex and give it the correct device install.
Then we were golden pony boy...
