Hello! It was an eventful day as I stepped into the gym, ready to embrace a new lifestyle. New me, I guess? I also went to the mall to catch up with Alex over coffee. Before this year ends, one of my top priorities is to be fit and healthy. Honestly, I’m not sure if I can commit to this. Having a personal trainer keeps me accountable and motivated to workout, even when I’m tempted to slack off. Lol. Today is all about working out on the elliptical machine and getting evaluated. I haven’t achieved my desired muscle growth yet but I know I’ll get there. It’s gym day again tomorrow!
