My training routine is to train with a focus on being a complete athlete with a foundation in calisthenics, I train as follows:
Static + basic ( push and pull)
Statics + basics (pull and push)
Leg
And it repeats

I thought it was Calisthenics but I wasn’t sure. Respect because those are heavy routines 💪
If it is calisthenics, when I said complete athlete is because I like to compete and that's why my routine is like that but if you want I can guide you from the basics as I am also a personal trainer.
