Hola amigos de #Hive y #Actifit , hoy les comparte mi reporte del día de hoy. Al principio de día tenía planeado salir a hacer algunas cosas referente a mi trabajo pero por motivos personales de los clientes no salí así que me dispuse a realizar algunas compras para el almuerzo y algo para desayunar ya a veces cuando no me da chance de comer suelo comprar algunas comida que contenga chocolate o maní .
Hello friends of #Hive and #Actifit , today I share with you my report of today. At the beginning of the day I had planned to go out to do some things related to my work but for personal reasons of clients I did not go out so I set out to do some shopping for lunch and something for breakfast and sometimes when I do not get a chance to eat I usually buy some food containing chocolate or peanuts .
Luego de haber terminado todos las tareas domésticas me dispuse a realizar algunas tomas para editar mi video sobre como sacar la parada de manos para mi canal de tiktok , eran como las 10:00 de la mañana , aprovechando que es mi día de descanso y me es más fácil editar de manera más creativa y rápida .
After finishing all the household chores I set out to take some shots to edit my video on how to get the handstand for my tiktok channel , it was about 10:00 in the morning , taking advantage that it is my day off and it is easier for me to edit more creatively and quickly .
Ya habiendo finalizado me dispuse a realizar mi desayuno ya que no puede desayunar por salir temprano y editar mi video para terminar por el día de hoy y descansar el resto del dia , aunque descansar o no hacer nada me cuesta ya que soy una persona bastante activa. Está fue mi reporte sobre lo que realize el día de hoy .
Having finished I decided to make my breakfast since I can't have breakfast because I leave early and edit my video to finish for today and rest the rest of the day, although resting or not doing anything is hard for me since I'm a very active person. This was my report about what I did today.

What is your workout routine as I may ask you?
My training routine is to train with a focus on being a complete athlete with a foundation in calisthenics, I train as follows:
Static + basic ( push and pull)
Statics + basics (pull and push)
Leg
And it repeats
I thought it was Calisthenics but I wasn’t sure. Respect because those are heavy routines 💪
If it is calisthenics, when I said complete athlete is because I like to compete and that's why my routine is like that but if you want I can guide you from the basics as I am also a personal trainer.
