Mainly did legs and continue to add leg extentions as part of each days workout because I am sick of my legs being little bitches.
Also did some pull down thingies and happily almost back to all weight being 3/4 of my own and soon will be at a baseline of lifting, pulling or pushing wy own weight because i think that is what I am supposed to be able to do.
Sticking to my 5 set 10 rep routine with some 3 set odd ones thrown in between.
