As told in my yesterday post, I had the opportunity to take a beautiful walk in a park in Rome.
Did you know that forest therapy exists? It consists of spending a long time in the woods and hugging a tree (yes, you got it right, hug it tightly, like the Koalas to be clear).
It is good for the soul and the body (breathing, oxygenation, anxiety, bronchitis and more).
We could say that, if you find the right friend tree, hold onto it!

(Come ho avuto modo di raccontare nel mio post di ieri, ho avuto la possibilità di fare una bellissima passeggiata immersa in un parco di Roma.
Sapete che esiste la silvoterapia? Consiste nello spendere un lungo tempo nei boschi e abbracciare un albero (sì, avete capito bene, abbracciarvelo stretto stretto, tipo i Koala per intenderci).
Fa bene all'anima e al corpo (respirazione, ossigenazione, ansia, bronchite e altro ancora).
Quindi, se incontrate l'albero giusto, tenetevelo stretto!)
