While the weather is in that perfect range of 60-70 degrees, I’m taking advantage and going outside for walks during my lunch break. It turns out I can make a half lap around the national mall in my 30 minute break.
What I haven’t figured out yet is what I’ll do when the summer arrives and we have 80+ degree and humid weather. The last building I worked in had a very long main floor hallway that we would use as a walking track, but I have no such luck at my current job.

Not anywhere that I would be able to get to quickly during my lunch break. Although, there is an underground tunnel that connects my building to the one next door. I'll have to investigate if I can do laps in the tunnel.
