CANSANCIO MENTAL ¡NO DEJEMOS QUE AVANCE! - MENTAL FATIGUE - DON'T LET IT GET THE BEST OF US!

These days of quarantine have been to find ourselves, to take care of ourselves and our family, but the feeling of confinement is not healthy for our mind and spirit either.

Sometimes we feel tired, in reality of everything and at the same time of nothing, like the moth capable of bringing down the most powerful material, tiredness diminishes our inner strength, weakens the will and it is that same tiredness of these months of confinement, of distance, uncertainty that definitely makes us accumulate energies.

That is why we must draw energies and lean on people who are always there for us and if they are not personally well here we are in this community of #HIVE, that is to say we are by nature social, well some shy if it is true but at the end of the day we like to interact in a certain way or any means .... I think that when we have this feeling of tiredness it is important to distract ourselves and dedicate ourselves, find ourselves; it is easy to say it but not to execute it when there are adverse situations in your environment, whatever it is we have to fill our life with pleasant emotions, let's leave the failures in the past, discouragement, fear, anxiety and change them for hopes for the future and happy memories of the past.

Estos días de cuarentena han sido para encontrarnos con nosotros mismos, cuidarnos y cuidar de nuestra familia, pero la sensación de encierro tampoco es saludable para nuestra mente y espíritu.

A veces nos sentimos cansados, en realidad de todo y a la vez de nada,como la polilla capaz de derribar el mas poderoso material el cansancio disminuye nuestra fuerza interior, debilita la voluntad y es ese mismo cansancio de estos meses de encierro, de alejamiento, incertidumbre que definitivamente nos hace acumular energías.

Es por eso que debemos sacar energías y apoyarnos en las personas que siempre están allí para nosotros y si no están personalmente bueno aquí estamos en esta comunidad de #HIVE, es decir somos por naturaleza sociales, bueno algunos tímidos si es cierto pero al fin de cuenta nos gusta interactuar de cierto modo o cualquier medio...Creo que cuando tenemos esta sensación de cansancio es importante distraerse y dedicarnos a nosotros, encontrarnos a nosotros mismos; es fácil decirlo pero no ejecutarlo cuando existen situaciones adversas en tu entorno, sea cual sea tenemos que llenar nuestra vida de emociones agradables, dejemos los fracasos en el pasado, el desaliento, miedo, ansiedad y cámbielos por esperanzas de futuro y recuerdos alegres del pasado.
