Today was a high-energy day packed with movement! I kicked off with an invigorating trail run in the forest, dodging roots and enjoying the scenery. Then, I cycled to the city for errands, weaving through traffic and exploring markets. Afternoon involved a group fitness class with jumping jacks and cardio bursts. Back home, I tackled deep cleaning, scrubbing floors and rearranging furniture. Wrapped up with a long evening hike under the stars, totaling 9,310 steps. What a boost!
