This report is for my steps yesterday, November 14th, and it has been exactly one month since I posted my first report that I posted on October 14th.
Here's my first Actifit Report: First Actifit Report
The first thing you can see is that I was way more consistent since I started using Actifit. I never dropped below five thousand steps like I did in the past.
This means that Actifit really did motivate me to walk consistently more steps. Below is a graph from a built-in app that demonstrates it very clearly:
In October, I only used Actifit for half a month and still got almost a record number of per day average steps despite 50% data dilution.
In November, I am clearly in the record steps per day territory! All fitness trackers are different, so you can see that the built-in tracker reports lower step counts per day than Actifit.
Another interesting tid bit is that after just a month of using Actifit, I have earned 2,875 AFIT tokens, which means that in less than two months, you earn your initial investment back.
Though it is worth mentioning that I got almost double the normal award amount due to my Splinterlands card ownership:
Now, if you are like me and you have dual goals: increased fitness level and weight loss, then you will want to read below:
For weight loss, the most important factor is your diet. I have not changed my diet. In fact, we had a trip to San Diego where I really went on a food binge, which caused a spike in my weight and was really detrimental to the weight loss goal.
Another factor was a lot of stress in my personal and professional life, which caused me to reduce my weight lifting sessions, particularly in the last week. That factor is also counterproductive to my weight loss goal.
And yet take a look at the chart below!
My weight is clearly trending down, and I lost almost 6 pounds in the last 30 days!
So Actifit is clearly worth it! And as a bonus, you get Hive rewards and be a part of Actifit community, which is very welcoming!
I would definitely recommend Actifit to anyone seeking to increase fitness level and lose weight plus get rewarded!

Which phone do you install actifit app? I have an accuracy issue of tracking steps.
I installed 2 apps on the same phone. One app records very closely with my Garmin watch while actifit is not correct at all
