I started Actifit on October 14, 2024. Since then, there was only one day on October 18 when I didn't reach 10,000 steps.
For this report, I got over twelve thousand steps by going shopping at Costco and doing a weight lifting workout. When I work out, I walk between sets in my garage to get my breath back.
Here is my workout from yesterday:
3 sets of 12 pull-ups
3 sets of 15 dips
3 sets of 12 bench press
3 sets of 20 hammer curls
3 sets of sitting 10-15 dumbell presses
3 sets of 15 triceps extensions
This workout takes me about an hour even while walking in between.
