That's true. One can see this in combinations in Athletics: Good runners and jumpers aren't generally good throwers... !PIZZA !CTP
I also very seldom see people who are good runners that are also good swimmers. 😅 Perhaps it's because while you can easily determine that a person is a good runner by just seeing him or her run (anywhere there is land) fast and efficiently, there isn't water (that is clean) everywhere where you would easily see a person swim. 🤔😏 !PGM !LUV

I looked him up and found out that he is a triathlete (an athlete that is good in running, swimming, and cycling). 🤓 However, what I said about very seldom seeing good runners that are also good swimmers remains true. 😅 !PGM !CTP
Yes but this guy is good in the 3 disciplines and what's even more: when he competes (on a local level) to the better runners (which are only good in running and training 100% only for that discipline), he still wins from them !LUV !CTP

That makes it look more encouraging to focus on not only one type of sport. 🤓 However, I think that practicing for multiple sports that require teamwork (such as basketball, volleyball, and football) might confuse the athlete during both practice and actual competition. 😅 !LUV !PIZZA
