day 2 at the gym | dia 2 en el gimnasio
I have two days attending a gym, today I woke up with the best energy and willingness to continue with my commitment to exercise to improve my health and figure, after procrastinating this decision for years mainly due to economic resources, because the money was not enough to cancel a gym just for food and basic necessities, I was encouraged and with the help of all of you in hive and actifit.io I think I can continue 😉😝.
The atmosphere in the gym is good fun, I like how the trainers are attentive and attentive to all the attendees, plus the dance hour, therapy is too much fun.
It turns out that the women, mostly older people, invent themes every week and this week they did a cowgirl type, hehehehehe that implies that they had to be dressed like Texans, with boots, hats and plaid shirts. When I saw them arrive like that, I was surprised and thought they had met to go somewhere else, but it wasn't like that. They actually danced with such shoes, some with high boots and never took off their hats. Well, some steps were precisely using this accessory.
Tengo dos días asistiendo a un gimnasio, hoy me levante con la mejor energía y disposición de seguir con mi compromiso de hacer ejercicio para mejorar mi salud y figura, después de procrastinar esta decisión por años debido principal a los recursos económicos, porque el dinero no me alcanzaba para cancelar un gimnasio solo para la comida y necesidades básicas, me animé y con la ayuda de todos ustedes en hive y actifit.io creo que podré seguir 😉😝.
El ambiente en el gimnasio es bien divertido, me gusta cómo los entrenadores están atentos y pendientes de todos los asistentes, además la hora de baile, terapia es demasiado divertida.
Resulta que las mujeres, en su mayoría personas mayores, inventan hacer temáticas cada semana y esta que fue la que empezó hicieron un tipo vaqueras, hehehehe eso implica que tenían que ir vestidas como todas unas texanas, con botas, sombreros y camisas a cuadros. Cuando las vi llegar así, me sorprendí y pensé que se habían encontrado para ir a otro lugar, pero no fue así. En realidad bailaron con semejantes zapatos, algunas con botas altas y nunca se quitaron el sombrero. Bueno, algunos pasos eran precisamente usando este accesorio.
The class lasted an hour and fifteen minutes, I was dead, because I had many years without dancing and moving, I sweated like never before, and at the end, most of them decided to take pictures with the dance instructor and pose showing their outfits. They added me in the group and kindly shared the photos with me and gave me permission to use them whenever I like. Who knows in the future I may end up putting them all on hive and posting their workout routines on actifit.
I appear in the shot of the whole group, in the center, hugging the teacher who welcomed me. I look small next to all those women. I really had a great time and I feel like I came to the perfect place to work out, as I had tried working out at home, but never had the consistency it takes to see real results. La clase duró una hora y quince minutos, yo quedé muerta, pues tenía muchos años sin bailar y moverme, sude como nunca, y al finalizar, la mayoría decidió tomarse fotos con el instructor de baile y posar mostrando sus atuendos. Me agregaron en el grupo y amablemente me compartieron las fotos y me dieron permiso de usarlas cuando guste. Quién sabe si en un futuro terminó por meterlas a todas en hive y a publicar sus rutinas de entrenamiento en actifit.
Yo aparezco en la toma de todo el grupo, en el centro, abrazada con el profesor que me dio la bienvenida. Me veo pequeña al lado de todas esas mujeres. Realmente la pasé muy bien y siento que llegué al lugar perfecto para ejercitarme, ya que había intentado hacer ejercicio en casa, pero nunca tuve la constancia que se necesita para ver resultados reales. Esto ha sido todo por ahora, hasta mañana, amigos, feliz día de ejercicio.

Las clases de bailoterapia son maravillosas, a mi me gustaban mucho también cuando asistía.
Son buenísimas porque te llenan de energía, La música contagia.
Aquí en mi país eso está de moda con fuerza, se reúnen en las calles y hacen grupos bien cheveres pero no en mi comunidad asi que tengo que salir a otra y pagar en un Gym.
