Okay, so Tuesday is bin day, that's useful to know (I think it might be twice a week - so maybe Friday as well, I will have to make a note). I love how everything is done here, bins removed, grass mown, litter picked, paths swept, gas changed for you, just order in the office before Monday lunchtime and it arrives on Wednesday. Magic.
Most things are included, but if not, there is someone who does for a small fee: window cleaning, system draining and filling, those kinds of things
I think I have most things now, just a vacuum cleaner to buy. I think I'm going for a cordless stick, ten minutes run time is absolutely fine!
Half an hour with standing Pilates for seniors - 30 minutes plus Q&A, I love the way that about halfway through, my body starts to relax - especially notice the change in my lower back. Always feel wonderful afterwards, about an inch taller, more confident, energised, aches and pains reduced. Be interesting to see how this one affects me in the days following - I tried one working with a chair, building upper body and arms strength. That definitely needed a few days recovery!
I'm pretty useless with anything requiring lots of co-ordination (arms, legs, ankles, feet and breathe) but I have a go anyway. My balance has improved since I've been doing sessions, so I'm guessing co-ordination will, too.
The instructor is an ex-dancer, so often a focus on graceful balletic moves, which I like 🤩.
