Today after work, I went to the gym, for a spinning class, where we did some HIIT training.I burnt 628 calories and rode an equivilant of 29km on the spinning bike.
I bought myself a smart watch that also monitors my heart rate, indicating in what zone I was training. (The training sesion was 45 minutes long, but I forgot to stop the session on the watch)
I love the watch.
