It has been over a week of pushing myself to score no less than 14440 @actifit fitness steps a day.
My new step count average has been a success.
I had been ignoring the importance of maintaining a 10,000 plus step count average.
Most of today's steps were accumulated pushing or carrying the youngest around the house or neighborhood.
