The military museum of La Coruña is located near to Saint Antón castle. As a museum created by the Spanish ministry of defence, entrance is free.
Fortunately, this museum is not only about weapons. Of course it has a vast collection of rifles, pistols and cannons, but it also has a wide variety of other objects: miniature recreations of battles and fortresses, scientific instruments used by the army, portraits, sculptures, and many more. The current temporary exposition is about world war 2 land vehicles.
