Hello free friend, all right? Último Saturday before Christmas.. You are making the last gifts, like the whole free and non-free world. I quite well, this morning, walk of about 4 km. And tomorrow I want to run at a slow pace. Let's see how my body responds. The island gives us a mild day, little wind and clean air.
Afternoon of relaxation, a little bored and when I get bored, I cook. Today simple, chicken with cheese, and salad from my garden, with chicory, onions and oregano.
