¡Hola! Yo creo que @Actifit app es una muy buena forma de mantenerte en forma, porque es a la vez un sistema para monitorizar el progreso y una comunidad que motiva.🤗🤗🤗

Es algo preocupante notar que despues de un dia de trabajo en oficina y a pesar de regresar a pie a casa solo había acumulado entre 800 y 1000 pasos.

Yo creo que mucha gente piensa como yo solía hacerlo "Me estoy ejercitando lo suficiente" cuando somos traicionados por un cerebro sedentario y no alcanzamos un nivel decente de calorias quemadas. ¡Nos vemos mañana!😎😎😎

It's something to worried about the fact that after a whole day at an office and in spite of going walking home I only accumulated about 800 to 1000k steps, 🤔🤔🤔

I think that lot of people as I used to think says "I 'm exercising enough" while we're betrayed by a lazy brain and barely touching a respectable amount of useless calories burned mark. See you tomorrow! 😎😎😎
