Today, I learnt different variations of push up. I'd be sharing them with you in my next post. But if you'd like to research them yourself while I explain later, well I'd list them. But first. Why do we do push up in variations?
- To target different muscle groups.
- To add intensity to pushup.
- Muscle confusion. We need to confuse the muscle so it do want get used to one particular type of pushup.
- Fight fatigue.
So, before I digress totally, the pushup variation I'd be talking on first in my next post is PIKES.
