It's about time to end my actifit, and very happy with what I achieved today. Plus, I enjoyed having extra meal today, I had 4 sandwiches and some oreos, gosh I got so hungry after using the treadmill. 🤗

Working very hard huh! good for you dear! Well I got to bike for almost 2 hours yesterday and I also had a 1 hour walk as well. So it actually did turn out to be a better day. :)
