My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2025

Went to Hopong for meditation session, worked on mixer, went to preside over fence building.

Dear Friends,

Early morning today, some of the old yogis including me went to Hopong because we were invited by one of us to meditate at his house and for spreading Metta, loving kindness, afterwards. Because the mind becomes purer after Vippasana meditation, the Metta diffused afterwards can be more effective and peaceful towards people and beings around. On the return, we went back on another way and passed through villages and plantations - I found strawberry, garlic, cheroot leaves plantations mostly.

And in the afternoon, because there was electricity, I continued to work on building soil mixer. I was not so confident on accomplishing a well working model because it was my first time building one but I just boosted my confident and belived that I could make it.

In the evening, I went to my plantation to take a look at ongoing masory work on building a fence around the water tank. I intend to put water pump and solar panel inside and lock them. And I will remotely run the motor pump through mobile phone connection.

Those are some of the activities for today.
