Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!
After that awful leg day at the gym yesterday 🤣 comes the back and shoulders day. I like doing back exercises because it helps me with my posture and ease the back pain I suffer from because of my line of work.
Sitting in front of the computer the whole day, my lower back and neck spine hurt the most. Strengthening the muscles in those areas is my primary goal when doing thess exercises.
